Decent

Decent hotel with fine service. Breakfast was fresh and easy to access. Towels were horribly starch and scratchy from overuse. Good location for tourism, but wouldn't say as good for a business trip because of constant crowds to navigate when trying to get around.

Air conditioning you can only adjust at a certain temperature. Coming from the USA, this is a bit weird, not sure if the hotel is conserving energy, but as a guest, the first and foremost that am looking for is comfort. If the room temperature is not comfortable for sleeping, then I would rethink staying again.

The shower was tooo small for my husband we had to wait for another room .. it took ages then we had to wait ages for our luggage to come then the phone in room was not working … we were there for our 24th wedding anniversary, only in London for one day we wasted over half a day fixing issues in the room , very upsetting experience
