Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Unterkunft sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausbaufähig, der Garten ungepflegt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zur Jubilee Line oder DLR Station benötigt man etwa 15–20 Minuten.Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem typischen englischen Reihenhaus. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche sowie ein kleines WC mit Waschbecken unter der Treppe. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa, das jedoch sehr unbequem war. Außerdem befindet sich dort ein Aufenthaltsbereich mit einem weiteren (Schlaf)sofa und einem Esstisch mit sechs Stühlen. Im zweiten Obergeschoss liegen zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duschmöglichkeit – leider ohne abschließbare Tür.Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass der Vermieter bei Fragen schnell reagiert und den defekten Wäscheständer zügig ersetzt hat. Die Unterkunft ist eher laut durch Nachbarn, Krankenhaus und City Airport. Positiv: schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter. Insgesamt würden wir nicht erneut buchen.
