Schreckliche Unterkunft

Wir haben nicht die Wohnung bekommen, die wir gebucht hatten! Unsere Wohnung war bereits an eine andere Familie vermietet. Diese Unterkunft ist unzumutbar v.a. für den Preis: die Schlafzimmer verfügen über kein Tageslicht, sind feucht und kalt, die Dachluken schimmeln, die Bettwäsche ist feucht und riecht unangenehm, so dass wir unter unseren eigenen Handtüchern geschlafen haben, die Fensterscheibe im Klo ist eingeschlagen, das Licht funktioniert nicht richtig, Duschkopf ist kaputt, das Wasser am rechten Waschbecken läuft nicht ab, vorne an den Fenstern und im Bad sind keine Sicht-Schutzmöglichkeiten (Vorhänge, Jalousien,…), der Kühlschrank ist befroren, das Kücheninventar ist verschmutzt und unbrauchbar, die gesamte Wohnung ist unsauber, Fenster können nicht richtig geschlossen werden! Wir haben die Wohnung frühzeitig verlassen. Wir hatten noch nie eine Wohnung in solch einem schlechtem Zustand angemietet.
