All was good, staff, cleanliness, amenities except for the fact I booked for an oceanfront room but got garden view instead. We didn’t make a fuss due to it being for only one night because our flight was canceled that day. It was a long wait to get in and we just wanted to get in a room.

Televisions were not working as no tv stations on both tv’s displayed connection issue error message. I told the front desk after I checked in. They sent a janitor to the room & had no idea how to fix it. I asked for a different room & they would not do it.

The resort let us store our bags several hours before check-in. Very friendly, great spot for aviation views. Quiet at night even though you are very close to a casino and several dining/nightlife options. We highly recommend this place. Beautiful gardens near the pool. Stunning.

Paid for an ocean view, didn’t get an ocean view. The “manager on duty” just kept repeating herself and saying using a third party you get first come first serve, they don’t guarantee ocean views”. Staff not willing to make things right. Offered no solutions. Room absolutely disgusting! Old and outdated like stuck in the 70s, smells terrible like they sprayed too much cover up spray over smoke (we had smoke free room), noisy with Dehumidifier in it running (we also had to change this ourselves). Sheets did not even cover the bed, sleeping on mattress cover. Pictures make you think you have beach access and it’s just rocks! Pool was extremely dirty, not swimmable. Extremely disturbing, dissatisfied and ruined the last two days of our stay.

The problem with this resort is that you don't get to use the pool chairs at sister hotel, Royal Islander Plage. I didnt care about the pool at all, since Terasse has its own, but using the public beach sucked. There is a super rude employee that will take the chairs at the beach at 5pm, even though your stuff is on it. Then there is nowhere to put your stuff but on the sand while the pool area has all these extra chairs. Ridiculous! Good luck getting new beach towels every day! Right next to airport. I thought maybe there will be 2-3 planes landing a day. I was wrong. Super loud. Room smells like mildew. you cant really adjust the AC. But other than that the room has a lot of space. A full kitchen. Stores and restaurants and a smoking casino nearby. Staff extremely nice and helpful! Beach is nice

Loved staying here at La Terrace. Great views, clean room, tv in bedroom and living room. Air conditioning mint. Big balcony, ice machine on every floor. Unfortunately we didn’t explore the pool. Great location. Staff fabulous. Price excellent. Will def stay here again!
