A beautiful home in the exclusive community of Duck Key.  A great walking and biking neighborhood, with an ocean view location.  Located across the street from the ocean on a corner lot. Perfect accommodations for a couple with 2 extra bedrooms for guests.  

As you drive up to the home, you have parking underneath the building . 

 

The swim/spa pool is located on the back side of the house which faces South.  The perfect exposure for the Wintertime, with sun on the pool all day long.  The swim spal may be heated and included in your rental.

As you walk in the front door to this modern designed home with simple, clean, open concept living. 

The living room is open to the dining and kitchen with a large, flat-screen TV. There is a couple of comfortable couches in the living area and a dining area, a open concept kitchen. 

This is one floor living.  

Two bedrooms share a hall bath, one bedroom has a queen and the other a pyramind bunk with a double and a twin on top. 

You also have a large master suite with a king size bed, and private bathroom suite, a deck off the bedroom with a view of the natural landscape and mounted flat-screen TV.   

Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided with a cooler for your beach adventures.  Sombrero Beach is just about 8 miles away and the iconic Bahia Honda State park is less than 30 minutes away. 

You can get a boat to snorkel at the resort on the island or out to Sombrero Reef or take a sunset cruise.  Take a charter boat fishing or just walk the dock and see what fish were caught for the day.

Starbucks is on Duck key in the resort and you can walk there from the house for a morning cup. 

We are 8 miles to Marathon which has lots of things to do.  Shopping, coffee, ice cream, and grocery stores are close by.
