Oceanfront Luxury gated townhome community on seven acres. Resort amenities include large elevated pool with fabulous ocean view, community clubhouse, outdoor grills, picnic spaces, and tiki huts. Fish leisurely along the seaside and use the fish cleaning stations dockside before grilling on the provided gas grills. Two stories of modern living space totaling about 850 sq. ft. The main floor is your living room, kitchen, and full walk in bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, extensive cabinetry, and breakfast island. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sleep sofa, or watch your favorite movies on the 65“ Smart TV with Roku.The top floor is the master bedroom with King bed, full bath, and Enjoy the ocean breezes on two private balconies on either side of the master bedroom. Relax in the comfortable seating area or get some work done at your own antique desk using the high speed WiFi. Plenty of space for your personal items in the glass mirrored dressers
and two cabinets. Ceiling fans and adjustable air conditioner keeps you comfortable. Lower level includes covered parking space for two cars and outdoor dining for four. Our host Frank was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The unit is as it shows in the pictures. We had an excellent stay and can’t wait to return next year!

This property is very clean. Nice community, everyone is very friendly. The pool within the complex is large, heated and was very nice. Good location in the heart of Marathon. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Cozy little townhouse

This place was great. Almost new inside with granite counter tops. Huge master bedroom upstairs with king bed and nice bath with shower. The best part though was the huge heated pool oceanside, with a latge sundeck right on the water. The host responded to questions promptly and made the whole process seamless.

Getting away

Property was okay. Location to water was good but there was no view. Buildings were too close together. Kitchen could use more amenities and a keurig machine is needed Bedroom mattress was terrible and it needed bedside lighting All in all for the price I will not be returning
