There were definitely some highlights, especially for the kids – they absolutely loved the water slides, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable for the whole family.
However, there were quite a few things that let the experience down. Despite being all-inclusive, the fizzy drinks were watered down and tasted off, which was disappointing. I wasn't able to get a proper coffee during the entire three night stay, as the machines were constantly low. Food was okay – not bad, but nothing special either.
One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of ice cream during the day unless we paid extra, which felt a bit unfair considering the all-inclusive promise. Also, there were no late-night dining options available. Since we tend to stay up late, it would’ve been nice to have access to some snacks or light food after the evening meal.
All in all, it was fine for a short break, especially if you're travelling with kids, but I’m not sure we’d return unless a few things were improved.
