BEDROOMS
- There are 6 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor.
- AC, king-sized beds, attached patios with stunning mountain views and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
BATHROOMS
- There are 6 attach bathrooms in the villa.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- 1 attached bathrooms offer a bathtub.
INDOOR AREAS
- There is an expansive living room with glass windows allowing ample natural light.
- It can comfortably seat up to 20 people and is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi and a portable speaker.
- The dining area is a part of the living room, and can comfortably seat up to 10 people.
- There is a bar unit that the guests can access at no additional cost.
OUTDOOR AREAS
- The villa has a beautiful lush lawns with an attached gazebo, each ideal for at least 40 people.
- Next to the lawn, is a massive private swimming pool overlooking the valley, with 4.5ft. in depth.
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- A water purifier, crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
- All veg meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Ordering-in of outside food is not allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things weâd like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, power backup is available.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vi work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
HOUSE RULES
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only outdoors. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
-Please note that we do not accept bookings from individuals under the age of 18. All guests must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. Valid identification may be required upon check-in to verify age.
At Canary Villa â Pure Veg, all guests must present original government-approved ID proof. Indoor smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furniture, and late check-out will incur an extra chargeâhalf a day's rate up to 2:00 PM and a full day's rate thereafter. Security deposits are collected at check-in, and all pending payments must be made before check-in. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. The property is not responsible for legal issues or noise complaints. Swimming costumes are required for pool use, and food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area. Caretakers are available from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Power outages by MSEB are not covered by our inverter backup, which does not support air conditioning
