Casa Libertad is a gorgeous retreat in Mazatlán’s Historic Center, located on one of the area’s most iconic streets and just steps from local highlights like Plaza Machado and Olas Altas.
The home offers two expansive rooftop terraces, one sunny and the other shaded—ideal for enjoying meals, hosting gatherings, or simply soaking in the vibrant neighborhood ambiance.
On the lower patio, accessible from the kitchen, you’ll find additional seating, along with an outdoor shower, bathroom, and a laundry and storage area.
Inside, the kitchen impresses with custom blue cast-concrete countertops and new appliances, fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. Large doors open from the kitchen to the patio, filling the space with natural light and fresh air.
Toward the back of the house, the master bedroom awaits with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with shower, while the living and dining rooms sit at the front, creating a cozy spot to relax or enjoy meals indoors.

Outstanding location!
Outstanding location. Close to restaurants, shopping & entertainment. Walking distance to all of historic downtown. Home was clean & instructions on access to everything was easy to follow. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend this place.
The lovely Mexican house was decorated with artsy touches everywhere. The beds were comfortable. In the well equipped kitchen I was able to make meals using fresh local ingredients from the market. The location was convenient to the square, the beach, restaurants and the market! Our hosts responded very quickly to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this place.

Great Location and kitchen fully stock.
I stayed in the fantastic property for 2.5 months and loved every minute of my stay. Any small issues that popped up were handled very quickly.
The home is close to everything in Centro Historica and located on a relatively quiet street. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern small appliances and good quality items usually found in your kitchen. I recommend you bring your favourite Kcup coffee pods with you as pods are near impossible to find in Mazatlan. The roof top covered deck was our sanctuary from the heat and humidity on many afternoons.
Only 3 blocks from Olas Atlas beach and a 20 minute walk to the Stone Island water taxi. Overall the property is well located and Occan Properties staff are great to deal with.
