Hotel is under construction which is a slight pain point. The rest of the hotel has been renovated though and is very nice. Front desk staff was just ok, didn’t seem too happy with requests made.

I didn’t like the door lock , locked us out if the room late at night and we needed to wait for maintenance to show up two hours later. my kids were tired of being in the pool, hungry, and all of our belongings were locked in the room. we had to wait and sit in the lobby for over two hours for the door to be open. then Sunday morning we were told we couldn’t get in the pool because at 11 o’clock. They decided to pour chemicals into the pool.
