On the lower level is a 60m2 games room with a Sofa Bed, Bar, Pool table, Darts, 55 inch TV with Apple TV package which includes Apple TV, Music, Games and Fitness. The apartment has its own entrance and parking for two cars so it is totally independent from the main house. Guests have sole use of the games room and the swimming pool which can be heated for an extra charge so your privacy is guaranteed.
