Location is perfect if you have an early flight to catch. Walking distance to Alamo, close to the airport but not walkable; however, you can order a ride from Bolt and it’ll be there within 5 min and costs around €10. They have snacks and coffee starting at 4 am for those that are catching early flights. The not thing if they could provide extra towels but overall great stay for one night.

The room was okay. Terrible location. Surrounding environment dirty and trashy. The housekeeping was good with the exception of them not taking a couple dirty glasses. The staff was very good and accommodating. They were a plus.

What you would expect from a one night airport hotel. No shuttle service which sucked because you had to hire a $22 (cheapest) taxi just to go like 5 blocks but there is no way you can walk it. No restaurants nearby so have to Uber food. There was a restaurant inside but was closed when we arrived. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is a very difficult walk (the hotel advise against it) from the airport and there is no shuttle bus. It's bad this isn't evident in the listing as it looks walkable. The room itself was fine but the sound proofing is terrible and we were woken up by banging doors and screaming children. Breakfast is ok but they don't have separate severing spoons for non meat items, and it's a limited selection especially for vegetarians. There staff were friendly.

The service was great. I was using GPS to try and find the hotel and it wasn't working. I finally went back to the airport called the hotel and they gave me another meeting point and then guided me into the right area. I would have never have found it on my own. They also helped me with directions to my next location in case I ran into the same issue. The room was clean well stocked I would stay there again. I have mobility issues and this hotel was well equipped to accommodate my needs.
