"I reached out to Expedia about one of the rooms that I had had no AC no heat no television that worked with a sauna in the room couldn’t use it. It was terrible. Maybe it was supposed to reach out to the manager and the manager was supposed to reach out to me. No one ever reached out to me. I will never stay at the property again. I ended up having to go to another hotel because I did book 2 rooms and I cannot stay in the second room with my coworker so I had to go to another hotel to be able to sleep due to the Room that I had rented not being in conditioned to sleep in I did tell the front desk. There was no man on site. She did write everything down and no one contacted me horrible "

"I don’t know how the breakfast was.. my daughter in law went and to her surprise it cost $25.. undoubtedly it’s a buffet and the choices was not worth $25! Also the parking was $20 a night. It was not secured parking the gate was opened day and night! Hotel was nice and clean.. but the cost of those extra was crazy do to cost of the actual room "

"Worst hotel stay of my life. Had major construction going on all around me. The room DIRECTLY above me was having renovations/heavy construction done. It was so loud it was absolutely insane. Leaf blower guy 2 feet outside my window 3 times in a 1 hour period, and some other super loud noises I didn't check to see, I think a crew may have been blowing in landscaping mulch, not sure. The entrance door around the corner had a faulty closer cylinder or whatever and the door would slam OVER and OVER anytime someone would come or go. It would slam so hard my bed would shake. Then pepper in between that, idiots allowing their room doors to slam ultra loud. Just insane. Ruined my poker weekend that I planned for a long time and payed a lot of money for. "
