We stayed for three nights over Thanksgiving while we visited our family in town. The house was great for all four adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, well appointed and as depicted in the pictures. There is plenty of space both inside and out, and it is convenient to town and the beaches. Excellent Experience

The property was great - very clean, meticulously kept, and nicely decorated. The first floor is great for accessibility - I had an elderly parent stay on the first floor, and their bedroom and bathroom were right next to each other. Only a few short steps up into the house. The location can’t be beat if you have any kind of event at Montauk Downs, which is directly across the street. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property owner was clear on her expectations and we had no issues with the property. Would definitely rent again.

This house is excellent!

Great location with big open first floor for eating and hanging out. We were running The Hamptons marathon and wanted a house that was close enough to the race, but also cozy enough for us to stay in, cook a big meal, and get to bed early. This house was just right for that. The house has a great deck and then a nice little patio area in the back. Feels very private and like a true get away. Would recommend and would come back.
