This house has a large 180-degree-terrace with glass doors that open to the living room, which has a 12-feet ceiling. The house is a five minute-drive from Montauk town as well as Montauk harbor. Included are five bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards. Great bonus: You won't need a parking permit for the crowded parking lot in Ditch. The house has solar panels and a 12-foot-trampoline.
