Lovely home
We unfortunately had bad weather during our stay but we were cozy in this home which is spacious and conveniently located. For those with kids, there are safety gates and toys available. There’s a lot of outdoor seating and in the summer we look forward to returning to take advantage of the pool. Carter is very responsive - a terrific host!

Wonderful Montauk Vacation Property!
Our family had the best time at this house in Montauk! Carter was extremely accommodating and responsive when we asked questions. The location is awesome — great for getting to the beach easily and also for going on a run. The backyard pool and cabana area was so relaxing. The house has child proof gates at every stair threshold, which was great for both our one year old twins and our older dogs. Cannot say enough good things about this house or our time in Montauk. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Family Stay in Montauk
We had an incredible long weekend stay in November. The house is extremely comfortable for 2 families. There are two living rooms (one on each floor) to hang out in as well as a cozy pool house space. The 10 person dining room table made our meals together relaxing and enjoyable. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough cups, plates, pots and pans to cook for a big family. The property is spacious, beautiful and completely fenced in. The beach is within walking distance from the house and we enjoyed our strolls there every day. We really enjoyed our time at this Montauk escape and will definitely come back in the future.

Really lovely stay!
Stayed here with a small group over labor day weekend. Communication prior to the stay was great. Check-in day of / walk-through was easy to schedule. The home itself was comfortable. Such a lovely and peaceful location. The pool is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice vacation home
My family and 2 dogs stayed here for our beach vacation. I need to preface this review with this. 1) we had a pretty rainy week and the second is that Carter and his wife are lovely and responsive to any concern I brought to their attention. The home is as described though not as big as it looks. The main floor is a nice open space.This is where the 8 of us spent a lot of our time. There is space to eat and sit so that was good- the downstairs sitting area didn’t get used by us for just hanging out. it simply feels kind of basmenty. No real natural light- not bad per say- it just didn’t provide a 2nd living space for us as I thought it would. The two bedrooms on the bottom floor were damp most of the time. Sheets and clothes all got that damp camping feel overnight. The twin bunk room is very small so good for kids but not fabulous for a couple of adults. The house is nice and comfortable but don’t bring a lot of extra stuff- there is very little space for your own belongings. The decorating style is such that all spaces are covered with something. So many books which I loved looking at but ended up moving off shelves simply so I could put my clothes somewhere. The house almost has a feel that the owners use the home a lot. Lovely Location
My husband and I have loved Montauk for years but had never shared it with our grown kids. This house was the perfect place to introduce the family to Montauk. Great location to be near all the area has to offer yet you are tucked away with privacy when you want it. The pool is definitely a highlight. We had some not so great weather for beach days so being able to enjoy the pool was perfect. Also my granddaughter loved it. House is great for being together but has enough little spaces to have time to yourself. My husband used the bikes every morning- my son worked in the pool house- plenty of seating to eat lunch or lounge on the deck. We enjoyed our week at this Montauk Oasis.
