You cannot charge $350-$400 a night and not have coffee or coffee pods the room or an ice machine on property. There was a dead bug in the envelope for the cleaning service. Also, there should be a time - 8pm where children cannot screaming in the pool and running around the property loudly.

Our unit was a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Ocean facing. Our table and chairs outside were cheap old and mismatched! Completely wobbly and filthy. The bathroom was nice but the rest of unit old. Outdated cheap furniture. No tv in bedrooms. Expected better. Air conditioning was good!

Very nice layout. However, I thought that the beach was more accessible. You have to climb down these stairs in order to get to the beach water. The pictures online are deceiving.

Not worth the Money.

The place had terrible furniture. The sofa in the living room was in terrible shape, the beds were mattresses on frames and not at all comfortable. The bathroom is in immediate need of an upgrade. For $700/night this place is not at all worth it.

Vacations ruined!

Highly overpriced in my opinion. The room was so small that we could barely walk, AC extremely noisy, Wifi only worked like 50 percent of the time and on top of that we had as neighbors a crazy family that had 0 respect or education for others and since day one they were yelling in the middle of the night and listening to music at very high volume.

The rooms are very very noisy! It wasn’t like I had a bunch of loud college kids next to me, it was a normal family just going about their day. The way they have the rooms constructed make it so that you can hear every footstep, floor creaks and conversation from your neighbors on each side of you to the point you need to wear earplugs if you want quiet. If you go outside on the balcony, forget it, the balcony’s are not built with any privacy screens between each unit so you’re basically sitting right next to your neighbors and can’t escape them there either. So forget about relaxing in your room if someone is in the room next door..and in Montauk good luck with that. Thats why i only gave this place two stars on the facilities. I go out there to relax and since this was where i rented to do just that I have to give it poor overall rating.
