Great place for a family stay, or group

We used the middle level with the three bedrooms with their own ensuites, and also seperate entrances to the outside from each was unique and handy. The main living area was huge! served us well for meals and hanging out late at night. The pool was great and clean. Some bottles laying around in corners, old broken garden lights and small stuff, but overall well kept up. Only thing not kept up was the games area, this is an area we thought we would use more, but the foosball was all apart, pool table very unlevel and the material was so worn and torn, couldn't find any equipment for ping pong table. It is walkable to the hip strip, takes just over 1/2 hour, but not a pleasant walk, especially if you wanted to go back up hill, we only trekked once down. We had issues with communication with the property manager before we even left, getting replies were terrible, and we felt we weren't treated fairly on the extra two days in another room as we came two days extra before our main stay was booked. The check i process???? there is not one, lol, seen so many people come in and go "now what" people waiting on chairs for someone to show up, it was terrible. There is breakfast every morning, which I have never ran into at a VRBO, that's kind of why we get a VRBO, Its served as a bit of a hinderance, because they would bring it to your door and wake you up, not on your schedule. Also Annables trip company provides free shuttle to and from airport, which isn't advertised.

Worst experience...after landing in Jamaica the house was not available..

Worst worst experience. We didn't stay at the property because the property was rented to someone else. We booked 3 weeks advance, got the confirmation two days before. After landing called the property owner/manager and they said property was not available. We were group of 7 people woth no help. Tried to contact VRBO not reachable at all. We had kids with us and got one temporary stay for night but couldn't sleep because mouse running around. I need my money back. Hope it won't happen with orhers.
