Our house is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. It conveniently located to many popular attractions. It's newly updated with everything on hand: plenty of towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, microwave, plenty of dinnerware. Each bedroom and living room have ac unit. Laundry room has washer & dryer. Living room has dining set for 6, flat screen smart TV and plenty of sitting space. You can also enjoy quite evening on the grilled porch.

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom , its newly updated ,modern home with walking distance or short drive to Hip Strip, beach , supermarket, restaurants , Starbucks, herb houses. Semi-gated community : security comes at 6 PM (18:00) and leaves at 6 AM (6:00).
Be advised that it is a privately owned house not a hotel.

Housekeeping is provided before check-in. Extra housekeeping is 40$ per day. Please remember this is Airbnb not a hotel. WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXTRA TOILETRIES/TISSUE/LINERS etc after check in if you run out during stay.
