The Riu palace was a pleasure to stay in. The property was very clean, the staff and people were polite, respectful and helpful. I definitely enjoyed my time there. I will be visiting again soon. Jamaica 2025!

Relaxing and fun resort. The staff was friendly and attentive. Biggest drawback was the noise level at night. People coming in from the clubs being noisy and disruptive all night long.

Small property, specialty dining very limited, app for resort didn’t work well. Food at specialty dining menus are very limited and not the best. Getting reservations very difficult. Food at buffet was better. Room service items not very good. Only cold items available for room service and all items listed not available. Some bar tenders were very good some not the friendliest. Staying at palace allowed us to visit the other resorts next door which was nice Entertainment was very limited and not much going on during the day. Rooms need some upgrading. Wash clothes were limited Property well kept outside and housekeeping was daily if needed. I’ve stayed at other adult only resorts in Jamaica and other countries first time at RIU but this one was by far the least impressive

I loved the staff and the upkeep. The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning solutions that they use. Weird smell, but overall it was really clean.

The property was small compared to other Riu's I've stayed at but having the abilitly to walk next door to either the Montego Bay or Reggae was great.
