From the moment I arrived, I was completely captivated by the stunning oceanfront view. The sight of endless blue waters stretching toward the horizon was both calming and awe-inspiring. Mornings began with golden sunrises reflecting off the waves, and evenings ended with the soothing sound of the tide beneath a painted sky. If you’re looking for a place that brings peace, beauty, and a true connection to nature, this oceanfront view is simply unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel with stunning room amenities. We were upgraded to a cabana suite and it was wonderful. Having stayed at many all-inclusive resorts over the years, the S Hotel Montego Bay had a very different feel. We would categorize it as an urban retreat as it is much smaller in scale that most all-inclusives. The hotel is smartly decorated with modern design and art choices. Our disappointment was directly related to its size- no dedicated nightly entertainment space- with bad weather bands were moved into the lobby with no space to really dance. No real activities or water sports other than aqua aerobics. We did eat at the two ala-carte restaurants and were satisfied. The lunch and breakfast buffet were lackluster at best, but the grill by the pool sufficed for lunch. All in all pleasant stay at a beautiful property.

The S hotel was amazing. The staff was plenty, treated you like family. The hotel was clean and made you feel like you were in a luxury 5 star. My husband and I were there during hurricane Melissa and they made sure our safety was first. The S hotel was one of the few hotels that still had power, cooked food and water. Despite what Jamaica was going through, the S hotel made sure all guest was taken cared of with the upmost hospitality and we are very grateful. If you are looking for relaxed vibes with an upscale feel this is your hotel. I will be back for my do over!!!

This place was perfect! The style and decor was really special. The property was the prefect size with plenty of fun areas to explore but easy to make quick trips back to the room. Our room had a gorgeous giant spa bathroom which was so clean and luxurious and with a stunning view. I had a wonderful massage in the spa by the way. The food was delicious and we loved the buffet variety. We enjoyed all the staff and especially loved the treatment when checking in. Felt such a warm and friendly welcome. The activities in the afternoons were fun and we really looked forward to them. The beach and service there was my absolute favorite. We snorkeled right off the shore and were amazed at the shells and soft clean pebble-like white sand. This place was paradise in the prefect location and we will go back to S Hotel for sure.

Stayed during Hurricane Melissa. Excellent service. Delicious food. Felt safe. Only lost electricity and internet for a few hours and then it was back up. Staff were very accommodating and did a great job preparing for the storm. It’s also a very nice and updated hotel. Will stay again in the future.

AMAZING staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Joel-Lee for his top notch customer service!! The food was AMAZING!! The property was very clean and I felt very safe. We had an amazing experience at S Hotel! -boutique hotel that feels quaint without feeling too small -Jamaican history and culture infused throughout the resort; amazing, highly detailed artwork -beautifully appointed -excellent food, especially the traditional Jamaican dishes -easy to make dinner reservations -exceptional staff -convenient and efficient airport transfers -beautiful beach and pool area with ample seating -clean, comfortable, modern rooms -very entertaining house band Con -could not access wifi in room We didn't use the spa or gym, so I can't comment on those

My stay at the S Hotel Montego Bay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I stepped into the sleek, modern lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles, a cool welcome drink, and the unmistakable energy of Jamaica. The rooms were stunning — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with contemporary décor and local touches. My balcony overlooked the turquoise waters of Doctor’s Cave Beach, offering breathtaking sunrise and sunset views that I’ll never forget. The staff made my experience even more special. Every single person, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, treated me like family. They were always ready with a smile, helpful tips, and that signature Jamaican charm that makes you feel right at home. The food and drinks were top-tier! Every meal at the onsite restaurants was fresh and flavorful — from traditional jerk dishes to fine international cuisine. The rooftop Sky Deck was one of my favorite spots, offering cocktails, ocean breezes, and an unbeatable view of Montego Bay. The pool and beach area were pure relaxation.
