Two Bedroom Apartment in Rose Hall with Hot Water, Wifi and Cable

You will have two spacious bedrooms with Queen-sized beds. There are two bathrooms with standing shower, American toilet and vanity.

To prepare your meals you will have a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. All dinnerware, drink ware, cooking utensils, pots and pans provided.

Just off the kitchen you will have a dining table for four so you can share quality time with your loved one(s). There is also a living room with a couch and a flat screen TV with premium cable channels for your entertainment.

For outdoor living you will have a private and spacious front porch with seating for 3 persons, overlooking the garden.

The house is only a 5 minutes drive or from a free community beach with seating. Our premises are very secure and the neighbourhood is mostly quiet. You will also be a short drive or walk from restaurants, bars, grocery shops and resorts. Attractions like the Rose Hall Great House and the Greenwood Great House are less than 5 minutes' drive away.


THINGS TO DO

There is Wi-Fi and Cable tv for your entertainment. Also, there are dominoes and cards that you can use. There are bars, sports bars, restaurants, and the expansive Caribbean Sea nearby for you to enjoy yourself. There's snorkeling, rafting, horseback riding, off-roading, ziplining, hiking, bird watching, swimming, hunting, boating, para-sailing and so much more to do!

The house is 1.5 hours drive from both Negril and Ocho Rios which means you can explore most of the island's main attractions with the home as your base. The main roadway passes by this community (no traffic noise at the house) so it's easy to get going!

FOOD

We offer a cooking service where your host will make delectable Jamaican or International dishes for your breakfast and/or dinner. You can see examples of my food in the pictures. The cost is $20 per couple, $12 for 1 person. I can make it as early as 8 am and as late as 7 pm, so you choose when you eat.

Chill Out Hut - Jamaican and international cuisine and seafood. Try their Chicken Alfredo!

Lilliput Jerk Centre (featured in Food and Wine Magazine) - Jerk (Barbecue) pork, chicken and seafood.

Far Out Fish Hut -Seafood (conch, fish, shrimp, lobster, octupus). The lobster is to die for!

Burger King, KFC and Pizza Hut are only a few minutes away by car as well. You can also order food to be delivered by local food delivery companies, our versions of Door Dash.

TRANSPORTATION

Shared local Taxis are always available 24 hours a day so if you do not get a rental car you will have access to transportation. Also, we have a driver on call, who charges less than the tour operators, if you would prefer not to take shared taxis or you would like to go on excursions.
