They took two hours two pick me up , there was a lot noise during my stay I even felt watch all the time. Also my glasses got lost and I try to called to recovered them and they never answer me back . Also as suggestion managers should not tell you ,what transportation to used .i had a very difficult flight , since I had surgery and my right hand . And I needed to do my therapies and the people at the hotel look Scared by my presence and the Uber express his feelings by telling me that the manager calls on cops . If we used our own Ubers . Also I did my request for two people and HOTELS.COM did a change for one
