Vaneza was trying to rob me of my money. She was either trying to get money out of me because my spanish accent is different or she really didnt want to book a room for me and my family. I came to the front desk with my family and asked "how much is a room for my family for one night?", *she starts to look in her system supposedly* she responded "for 2 beds is 5 Thousand Pesos", I asked in response "5,000 exactly?" Vaneza says "yes" my family is hearing everything as well while having this conversation. so, I tell her, give me some time to think about it, I walk to sit down and look online, only to find out it WASNT at 5,000 pesos which equals to 280 dollars, it was actually at 3,387 for the SAME ROOM, so I book it online, and once i came to her, to let her know I did it online, she turns red! Vaneza came with assumptions, but didnt know im Mexican as well. this is extremely wrong of her. for vulturing on people, this extremely wrong!! Also, Be careful with this hotel as they reuse paper with peoples info on the back when they hand you the wifi password. I'm in Cyber Security, if this was audited, this would of been a major problem, and not only that, its a HUGE security risk and compliance. I recommend to fix this problem, especially for being a hotel at an Airport.
