The Space


Our spacious, open-concept home is filled with natural light and offers breathtaking water views. You'll find plenty of room to relax and connect across two floors of comfortable living space.



Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and privacy:



Three private King Suites

One large Bunkroom with six Queen beds

One sleeper sofa in the living area All beds feature high-quality, 1000-thread-count linens and plush down comforters to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Entertainment and relaxation abound:



A modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group.

Enjoy movie nights or gaming on the 75" TV with a PlayStation, plus arcade games for endless fun.

Unwind on the balcony overlooking the water, gather on the screened porch, or fire up the grill on the outdoor patio.

The large, grassy yard is perfect for games, leading down to your private dock.

We've thoughtfully included amenities for the whole family:



2 Fishing Kayaks and 4 Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUPs) for lake adventures.

A cozy firepit for evening stories under the stars.

Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace for any remote work needs.

For those with little ones, two Pack 'n Play's, high chair, and board games are available.



Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire home, including the front yard, backyard, and private dock on the water. You are also welcome to use the green space located three doors down, just be sure not to cross our neighbors' property lines.



Important Information

Parking: Parking is available for 6-7 vehicles in the driveway and garage. Please note that there is NO street parking. Fewer vehicles will fit if they are large SUVs or trucks.



Pets: We welcome your furry friends! Please note the backyard is not fenced. To ensure their safety and respect our neighbors, pets must be leashed if they tend to wander. Pets and people are NOT allowed on neighboring properties. We also ask that you please clean up after them or there will be an additional fee.



Waterfront Safety: Our home offers direct, unfenced access to the lake. We ask that you please supervise children at all times when near the water.



The home faces South on the lake which gives you a lot calmer water and this makes for some fantastic relaxation in the morning and nights



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire property, front yard, back yard, and green space 3 doors down. (Just be sure not to cross the neighbors property lines.)
