They suggested that we changed room so I had to pack up again my stuff. It was nearly impossible to leave the hotel because there was mud everywhere. The mud was piled up in front of the gate by their own staff. I had to get out of the car and call reception several times before some poor staffer came out and tried to remove the huge pile of dirt.
