First sent to a room that had not been turned over - bed looked like someone had just slept in it. Maybe just new employee keyed in wrong room. The shower head, which was supposed to various settings, didn’t. The problem might have been the openings seemed clogged with buildup and mold.

The room was clean and comfortable enough but internet did not work and there were no filters for the coffee maker.

I was given a room for handicapped or elderly folks. The shower head was attached to a hose; the pressure was terrible. Overall, i disliked the shower experience. If i had to stay another.night, i would've requested.to be given a different room.
