Lovely Plum Island one bedroom one bath 500 square foot condo with a spacious living room and a galley kitchen with granite countertops. The Bedroom includes a Queen sized memory foam mattress and a spacious closet. There is a Full bath with modern updates including a tub. The Condo is located directly behind the iconic and delicious Mad Martha’s Restaurant and directly across the street from the beach! Off street Parking for two automobiles. One step to enter the first floor condo. Renting as a 7 night minimum in the summer and a four night minimum in the winter. Also open to 3-6 month short term monthly rental arrangements Nov-May!
