Everything was perfect except the breakfast option, the restaurant ihop in the tower charge way too much for what it is, a cup of coffee 6$ for a small one is too expensive and nothing justefy a waffle at 33$ the plate.

Beautiful Views and Wonderful Stay! First of all, the views from the hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful — totally worth the money! The rooms are a bit small but perfect and cozy for a couple. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless — 10/10 for cleanliness! The hotel provides great facilities and a 24/7 shuttle service for parking, which is super convenient. They even give coupons for nearby restaurants and activities around Niagara Falls — great food options and a perfect dining experience. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and definitely worth visiting. I’d love to go there again

Scott at reception was very helpful and flexible. Made our stay very pleasant. At breakfast, a staff served us was so friendly and attentive, but other staff was not interested in customer and the didn’t even acknowledge at the door as we were leaving. More customer training could just the price.

Excellent stay, perfect view of the Falls from the 29th floor! The room was very modern and very clean. The parking shuttle bus service was AMAZING! If I come back to Niagara Falls, I will be staying here again.

Gorgeous view of the falls from our window! Hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Room was very stylish, bed was perfectly comfortable. Just wish there had been an extra hook or two for bathroom towels (only one in there!) and a luggage rack for the suitcase.

The view from the room was amazing and the view from the restaurant was incredible. Would definetly stay again. Everything was perfect..... the staff and the rooms are the cleanest I've ever seen and smelled sooo good!
