everything was top notch. so happy we chose this hotel easy walk to the Casino and the use of the hot tub and pool though next door was very nice.. the staff were lovely and very accomodating. HOWEVER the I HOP restaurant and surrounding restaurants are crazy prices.. as stack of pancakes and a coffee and soda were $51. And parking was stupid but as it was everywhere else I will not be coming back

It was an amazing experience overall. However, I would like to mention one concern regarding the breakfast. I was informed that it would be served on the 9th floor, so I spent quite some time looking for it there. Later, one of the staff members informed me that it was actually located on the ground/underground floor. Unfortunately, by that time I had already run out of time. I found this quite disappointing, as I was unable to enjoy the breakfast despite having paid extra for it.

The room was extremely noisy all night due to a faulty air conditioner, making it impossible to sleep properly. We contacted reception for assistance, but the issue was not resolved. Despite the inconvenience, no compensation or suitable solution was offered. This reflects poor maintenance and customer service, and the experience was very disappointing.
