Hotel room is horrible

Hotel room is horrible. We saw cockroach, bathroom sink is clogged and patio door to balcony is stuck and even after complaining they couldn’t fix it. Carbon monoxide monitor light is blinking all night creating distraction to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

it's quite loud at night in the hallway and no one is watching it, especially when you have small children trying to sleep, and in the hallway both children and adults just decided to talk at 1 am, and also breakfast and the fact that people took breakfast with their bare hands, then returned it back to the common dish, it's unpleasant, I would like the breakfast to be more healthy and not everyone touched it before you and you come and eat I don't know what happened to it before you

Everything excellent from check in to check out. Since you are asking I might add the air exhaust in our hotel room bathroom was not working. There was 5 of us so this is very necessary. Location was excellent. Walking distance the restaurants, casino and Niagara Falls.

The bathroom door was malfunctioning. We asked overnight to have it repaired and there was no maintenance available. We were asked to "leave door propped open while using it." We had a part of 5, and that was very inconsiderate. If I am paying $350 for one night stay, I expect a functional bathroom door.
