Staff were very helpful, especially the lady from LA. Hotel was apparently fully booked and there were some shortages of breakfast foods. The room appeared dated but was clean and bed was comfy the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night. Walls are thin . Overall, I may stay there again if back to the Falls.

This hotel is in serious need of a makeover. My particular room had really dirty floors (not carpeted). We noticed that the walls, although wallpapered, were dusted just a few inches above headboards. The top three feet around the whole room were dusty. The whole building just looked really tired. But the air conditioning worked well. Biggest pet peeve? Allowing large families (15 people) to eat all available food, plus put some in a cooler. All I was able to get was a coffee.

Nice staff, lackluster stay
The staff was very kind and friendly. There was no one thing that made the stay unpleasant, but rather a culmination of small things that just made it a very mediocre experience— we waited an hour post check in for our room to be ready, the hotel was completely out of bottled water, the pool area didn’t have towels, our room didn’t have enough towels, and the shower had mildew and drainage issues. But again, a kind staff… but the stay left something to be desired.

It’s a great location and easily walkable to the Falls and a few restaurants. The property is a little worn but not terrible. Breakfast was ok. Not many options. The worker in the breakfast area was pretty rude and was throwing everything around. Possibly upset to actually work. But completely opposite was the front desk lady, Tanika. She was so nice and we had a blast with every conversation. They need more Tanika’s working there.

Desperately seeking renovation
The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and replacement. Floor tiles coming unglued on hallway floor, shower stall in room showier age and water stained from constant use, missing wall and baseboard tiles throughout the room and entire hotel. Carpet in hotel entry was filthy from constant use

---Door stuck so badly we had to throw ourselves at the door to get it open. We noticed neighbors doing the same thing in their room. ---The room was tidy but not clean. There were black hairs in the corners (I am a blonde) and dust at the back of every shelf. Under the beds we found a sock (not ours) and two empty water bottles (also not ours) and a years worth of dust. The bathtub was rusted and peeling. ---The hotel won't change your towels daily but they don't have any towel racks or hooks to hang your towels up so you have to hang your towels on the furniture. ---The breakfast was horrible even compared to other "standard" continental breakfast we have had elsewhere. ---It is convenient walking distance to the falls but I would never stay there again.

Great location, nice hotel
Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at. The location was great and beds were comfy. Easy to find and lots of parking. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, however I was disappointed that we were charged $15 for a rollaway. We booked a room for 5 people but it only had the two beds. They should not have changed us for the rollaway. As far as cleanliness, it wasn’t awful but the shower needs a good scrubbing to get rid of the mildew on the tile. Also the main floor/public bathroom was not very clean either.

Cleanliness: Walls looked like there was a leak, mirror was dirty, lamp shades were messed up, bathroom floor was dirty, shower was disgusting and water just trickled out, shampoo container was empty after 1 nite. Noisy! Could hear the people upstairs stomping back & forth all night, we had an adjoining door & could hear the woman's phone conversation as if she was in our room, kids running and yelling up and down the hallway, and the elevator ring was loud

The lady at the front desk with very long hair was the sweetest person and best person you could have at the front desk. I have no complaints with my stay. Yes it is a good place to stay.
