"We have had good stays and a few not so good stays. This last stay was May 31 - June 4, 2026 and while the valet staff is always wonderful, the women at the registration desk were at best, okay. Perhaps a superior should inform them that dancing behind the counter -especially while guests are present is inappropriate behaviour. Our first room was located on the 9th floor however, the smell in room 9009 was so bad -Lysol did not help, I asked for another room and we were relocated to the 8th floor, room 8005. The furniture had not been dusted and specs of glitter was on the carpet. I cleaned the furniture with a damp wash cloth myself, never saw anyone from housekeeping and the hallway carpet was also in dire need of a good sweep. The Farm restaurant located in the casino has always been good and the wait staff is prompt and courteous. Might be time to take a serious look at other hotels. Good Luck!"
