Awful experience would not go back. It was rated a 9.0 and no idea how or who would rate it that high. I stay at 9.0 and this wasn’t close. Dog poop in the parking area we stepped, the area isn’t clean. Cockroaches in the hotel room. Night worker in elevator with us after we checked in. It’s a motel so it was loud. Breakfast was not as good as other hotels I’ve stayed at with the fake hockey puck eggs it was very disappointing.charged me $35 for a small dog in a motel with hard tile floors so the hotel was way over priced.

The room, grounds, pool, reception area were all clean, modern, well maintained. No complaints. This does have the look of a place that was once a lower quality motel, but was converted, modernized, and redone to appeal to a business crowd (vs a questionable clientele), so if you're looking for something more upscale, this may not be the one for you. We knew we'd be spending all our time visiting family, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We never used the pool or the (very nicely done) outdoor sitting area w/firepit) but it looked great. The evenings were very quiet - no loud music or people.
