The property had a lot of water options. My room was spacious and had a great view of the Waterpark. I had an issue with the AC in my room that maintenence never came to adress. My room temperature was always at 75 degrees so i just stayed out of the room for the majority of the day. Most staff members were great, especially Cjay and Raya at the front desk. There was a glitch at check-in that caused everyone checking in to be delayed in the process. Its great for families. The fees were a bit expensive in my opinion, especially for housekeeping services to not be included.

The resort was clean, staff friendly and huge help, and the pools / water park were nice. I do think they should add more food options onsite at the resort. Overall our experience

The property is trash. Literally garbage in the hallways. Elevator has trash on the floor that didn’t move the entire week we were there. 2/3 tv in our room didn’t work. Friends experienced beg bugs and mold in their room. This place is gross.
