Enjoyed the resort overall. They should think about charging for every little thing like a typical room refresh and chairs in certain sections of the pool area. They weren’t going that the last time we stayed there in 2018. The staff was great.. especially Steve at the fishing pier he was a superb host! He elevated our whole experience.

This is your warning…. ⭐ If you’re thinking about staying at The Grove Resort in Winter Garden, FL — don’t. I wish someone had warned me before we booked. From the start, the experience was awful. All the drains — in every sink and bathtub — were completely clogged. I told the front desk about it and made it very clear that I did not want anyone entering our room while we were gone at the parks. Guess what? They came in anyway. Apparently, they “unclogged the toilets” (which were never clogged), but somehow the kitchen sink was still backed up. Their solution? “Just don’t turn the water on all the way.” Seriously? Then there were the stained sheets on my bed, only one towel per room, and a disgusting washer and dryer that actually trapped our clothes inside. It took four hours for maintenance to show up and unlock it. As if that wasn’t enough, there were two arrests on property on two different days — police cars everywhere when we came back from Disney. Definitely not the relaxing family resort vibe they advertise. The shuttle service is another joke. They tell you one thing, then do another. One night, the shuttle left us at the park, and after that we had to Uber every day because it was so unreliable. Even navigating the resort was a headache — the layout is incredibly confusing. We got lost trying to find our room multiple times, and the elevators are barely marked. Between the maintenance issues, safety concerns, and total lack of professionalism, this place is a

BED BUG INFESTED DO NOT STAY!!! I NEED MY REFUND

My family and I had reservations at the Grove resort in Orlando Florida. We were celebrating my daughter’s 6th birthday. This would be here grandparents first time meeting my daughter and first time on an airplane. We planned to have a fun trip but sadly mislead. On Friday evening, our first night’s stay, my mother in law was bitten by bed bugs. The bites caused her body to stiff up, body swollen and bitten from her neck down to back side of her behind. She was forced be rushed to an emergency room visit where she had to have two shots. This is her first time on a vacation and she had to spend the experience in an emergency room because of the misleading resort. The grove advertises that they have enhanced cleaning of the guest rooms. That is a lie. The beds had bed bug nests infested in the wooden framed headboards. The hotel changed our rooms after midnight causing an inconvenience. We have two toddlers who were sleep and interrupted with this problem. Less than 6 hours later in the new room there were more bed bugs spotted on the back of my sisters shirt. And I woke up with a bite mark on the back of my shoulder. We were disgusted and asked the hotel to accommodate us elsewhere as we were uncomfortable to sleep another night with this infestation. My daughter’s birthday was ruined. We spent $1200 on tickets to epic universe and couldn’t attend because we were too busy trying to find accommodations elsewhere. The refund wouldn’t hit the account so we stayed. VACAY RUINED!!

Very nice hotel in a quiet area with a great pool. The room was good very spacious could use a better couch but the bed was comfortable. Needs a little work on cleanliness the bed was stained and they use a top sheet instead of a fitted sheet so that slides off while you’re sleeping especially if you turn a lot like me. Also when we came back from the pool a random cricket was in our room and I stepped on it without even noticing as I was walking in. Not sure how he got in there since we never opened the patio door but my Wife hates bugs so that was a big point for her.
