Love the overall aesthetic of the resort. I did not like that the resort did not have towel service at the pool. Instead we were given towels in the room that we had no way to dry for the next day (unless we opted to use the dryers). I am on vacation; do not want to do laundry while on vacation.

The onsite water park is fantastic for spending a leisure day. The food options are great after a long day of park hopping. The poolside bar is a great place to snag something cold & appreciate that it is open until 10pm! This will be our first choice every time we visit Orlando.

Long lineups for check in/out. Very very long waits for coffee at Starbucks. Staff were not friendly. We noticed on night 1 that we didn’t have any hand soap in our room. Tried to call down but the phone line to the main desk didn’t work. Had to walk down and wait in line for over 20 minutes. Informed staff who said that some would be sent to our room. They dropped off a bag with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in it. I had to go back down, wait 30 minutes in the line. Then I was informed that there was no hand soap on the premises and none to be bought at the market. Staff tried to convince me that body wash was the same thing. Had to go out and drive 10 minutes and buy my own. Building 1 is in a convenient location and seemed updated. Building 3 was absolutely disgusting in the hallways.

We didn't realize we were actually separate from water park resort but the shuttles available to water park was convenient. Employees were very nice and helpful.

We spent 5 nights there, there was nothing to complain about. Good location, kids activities were great, pool was amazing. The only complaint I had was the layout and signage felt like you could never figure out where you were. But other than that. I would recommend again.

The only thing I didn’t like is when I got there they tried putting us in the oldest building because we had kids but I believe it’s because I didn’t look like I was made of money. The first we were in the door jam was broken. The door wouldn’t latch shut on one of the rooms smoke detectors were missing, but after we got moved, I had a great time.

For as much as you pay here could have upgraded stuff. Chairs were riped, microwave made noise, no dish towels for drying dishes, did not see pot holders for cooking or cutting board. No hand soaps, and if staying there shoukd not have to pay for parking, was charged resort fee when made reservation and at resort. Could have better iption for tv channels, and all recreational activities should be included. Need watch lazy river more for kids horsplaying.

The staff were not the friendliest. The front desk made me carry my pack and play to my room while holding my sick toddler and have my 4 year old roll my suitcase. Then the pack and play was broken. All this said I pre requested it in the room, it took about an hour until I could put my kids to sleep. The extra bed for my son was not made, had to move around furniture then stubbed my toe and ripped my nail. Asked for a first aid Kit at 11:20pm. Then lady said, oh I’m clocked out. The. Proceeded to leave. I talked to the manager who did upgrade our room and was nice.

Couldn’t get a lounge chair either day we stayed. I would have even paid for them but that wasn’t available either. Plenty of room for more. Sign up saying they would kick out empty chairs with a towel. Nope. Stayed walking around trying to find a spot. Also the kids pool area was the coldest and most aggressive. Floors in the room made our feet black. Not worth the money. Will not be back.
