The bedrooms were very clean, with a little dust in the corners, but generally in good condition. The master bathroom faucet was old and worn out; it definitely needs some updates in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff was very well managed and professional.

We got in after dark, and while the check-in staff were lovely, the map we were given was wrong. We ended up driving around trying to find our building, which was not easy to see at night. A quick tip from the front desk or a golf cart escort would have been amazing. Once we finally found the room, we ran into a few snags: the living room lamps had burned-out bulbs, the bedroom fan didn't work right, and a blind was broken. Also, the ice maker wasn't turned on, so it took a full day to get any ice. On the plus side, maintenance was super fast in fixing the lights, and everyone we interacted with was helpful. A final suggestion: adding some USB charging ports would be a huge plus for guests!
