Family friendly. The property is in perfect condition. You see the personal taking care of the cleaning all day around the property. The Hotel is big and have a lot of attractions. Everything in one place. This was our second stay, and we will come back.

Furniture in the room needs updating, dining room chairs had stains , living room furniture had stains Kitchen faucet was loose. Hot tub faucet was loose. Was very nice around the area quiet respectful i like the door before going into your room i felt very secure. The only thing i didn't like was the surrounding of the balcony was dirty they should wash it down but orther wise was nice

The property was wonderful and offered a variety of activities. The staff was very helpful and offered great service. The room and bathroom were clean but the shower stall could use some updating. Overall it was a good experience for me and my family.

I loved that the property felt safe and secure. Loved that it was about 15 minutes from Disney. Truly had no issues with the property other than maybe having gotten a few more rolls or toilet paper due to stomach issues. But not a major issue truly. I plan on coming back within the next year for my next vacation to Universal.
