None of the beds had mattress protectors or fitted sheets. I have $1200 in charges we need to figure out. We called the front desk multiple times and had to call back to get help. Property is nice but the customer service is not good.

My experience was okay I was in a much older 3 bedroom so you can tell dusting hasn’t been done in a while and master bathroom shower need to be fixed. Room wasn’t ready on time I was got there at 4pm supposedly should have received a text when room was ready I had to speak with management at 5:30 because room still wasn’t ready he then gave us a room and certificate for dining since room wasn’t ready on time which is much appreciated. Overall we had a good experience water park was a plus, arcade and were not far from Disney, restaurants and things to do.

We checked in at 3:45 p.m. and had to wait almost two hours for a room to be ready. When we finally got our room, it looked just okay. I was pleased with the view since I had paid extra for it. However, the room needed significant updates, including the floor. The floor was so dirty that the kids’ socks were black, and the bathroom had a poop stain that had been there for who knows how long. To make matters worse, the master bathroom showerhead leaked at night. We didn’t get any towels in any of the bathrooms; only some raggedy old towels that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. I’m so disappointed with this place. I was expecting a 4-star hotel, not a cheap motel. For this being our first family trip to Disney, I was really hoping for a better experience.

Took over three hours to get a room after waiting an hour to check in. Furniture in bedroom had white crusty stains. Tv remote didn’t work. Dishwasher was improperly installed and didn’t fit correctly so that was also broken. No staff to be found after a fire alarm and a resort-wide evacuation after 9pm; all guests and children were stuck outside with no communication or crowd control for an hour and we still weren’t told what happened. The few staff members we did interact with were very courteous but we didn’t feel safe or comfortable at all.

The windows wouldn’t close all the way, so the air wouldn’t stay on longer than 2 minutes. The carpets in the hallways, elevator, and rooms were dirty and dingy, and the hallway always smelled of marijuana. They put us in the wrong room, and took over an hour to resolve the issue. No blankets or pillows were provided for the sofa bed the entire 5 nights we stayed, and the front desk cannot be reached from the room phone. The guest services line of the phone always hung up. Will never stay here again

The resort had alot to offer for a family vacation. There were however some drawbacks. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and there were some obvious things not included - oven mitts - dish cloth - scissors - enough dishes for the amount of people allowed in the room Also the grocery store on site is WAY too expensive.
