Beautiful hotel,.nice rooms. 20-30 minutes to get checked in. Not horrible but busy. A manager finally came out to help. No ice on individual floors. They had the machines but empty. We would go floor to floor, to finally find a few cubes.

Air-conditioning wasn't working well in my suite. It was horrible and I did call front desk and they never sent anyone. They said they will, but nope. Thats the only thing

Had an argument with dining manager and hotel manager be they charged for an extra person for breakfast. Had to call Expedia customer service to talk with hotel manager explaining that dining was included for all guests. Security threatened to evict me. Got charged for a roll away bed when we didn’t ask for one. The first room we got 5112 smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to change rooms. Got charged for hotel resort and parking fee daily. Overall an extremely unpleasant experience.
