Nice location everything was within 15 mins parks, Disney springs, outlets, etc. I did not like the hidden fee’s at the property. I booked thru Expedia and non of this info was exposed so it was very mis leading. Also, had an incident were someone was trying to break into our room thru a connecting door in our room at 3 am. Security did follow up the rest of our stay there but honestly that was concerning and alarming. Besides that we did enjoy our stay here everyone was very nice and attentive!

Great location and mostly pleasurable stay. Check in process for my husband was horrendous and not a good way to start off vacation for him.. I added him to the guest check-in prior to his arrival and everything was assured everything would be OK. But when he checked in a different clerk, was very rude to him and it took over an hour. I actually had to go down there. Not a great way to start off a vacation and our wedding anniversary. Our last trip there had been cut short in April because my husband had a medical condition. We were trying to give it a 2nd trip. Restaurant staff and services generally pretty good too. The hotel is conveniently located by Seaworld and a great site for conventions. Valet was exceptional. Facilities are well maintained. Rooms are great. My husband was quite upset most of the day.

The hotel itself is nice, but the staff could definitely use some training. There was no shower gel provided and no extra duvet in the room, even though there were extra pillows. We requested a duvet earlier in the day, but still had to wait over an hour to receive it—delaying both our shower and bedtime after a long day of driving to Orlando. We were also surprised by unexpected resort fees and parking charges that were not disclosed on Expedia. Since we booked through a third-party site, the hotel refused to take any responsibility for the lack of transparency. On top of that, prices were unreasonably high—$10 for a Starbucks coffee that wouldn’t even cost that much at Starbucks itself. Overall, it felt like we were constantly being taken advantage of. We wouldn’t choose to return.

This was our first time visit to Renaissance hotel, but not the first time family traveling, the whole time was an amazing and a high quality experience, since I did the reservation, passing trougth the valet parking, the attention on the front desk by Ms. Michelly, and finally our room, rate it by the entire family 10 over 10.
