Very nice complex, clean and room was spacious. The view was great. Staff was eager to assist us, language barrier was a little frustrating. Over all, very enjoyable.

I love that the rooms are like suites, also very clean. Always parking. Didnt like that my check in was delayed to about 1 hour and half the room wasnt ready and we we were so tired. Also the pool area with the ship is pretty but they need to do better cleaning of the pool there were alot of dead bugs in the water and like branch pieces.otherwise its a nice place.

The suit was clean but some of the furniture was damaged and looked really old. Also one door was missing the door knock, it had a hole. Missing kitchen pots to be able to cook.Small details that are easy to fix but for some reason they are overlooked.

The staff Angie, Fillepe and Giovanni were exceptional 👏. The suite was very welcoming and comfortable. The view was beautiful, we saw the fireworks and relaxed on the porch.

We stayed here on a family road trip for a few days so we could go to Disneyworld. This hotel was great for families. There was a large play pool that the kids loved. Pros: the super large rooms! We had a balcony, two rooms & a lounge area. Definitely plenty of room for our family! Super close to lots of shopping and restaurants!! Cons: it’s a time share style hotel, so they high pressure guests as they check in to attend one of their presentations in exchange for a giftcard & breakfast. I’m not against these, but I like to be prepared when checking in. It’s a little outdated in styling and quality. The rooms haven’t been updated in a while, so it looks older. The giant pirate ship in the pool could use a revamp. Doesn’t have free daily breakfast. Overall it was a nice place & we’d stay there again if we come to Orlando!

We have stayed here before. The suites are a great size for the price. They aren’t amazing, but it’s pretty good for the price. Obviously, we came back here, so I’d recommend it. Like I said, it’s a good deal for Orlando.

Las habitaciones estaban muy buenas y cómodas y limpias, pero honestamente los muebles de la habitación estaban muy maltratados y manchados. En cuanto al check in llegamos muy temprano y lo hicimos pero la habitación no estaba lista y a las 4:00 que supuestamente era el check in tampoco estuvo tuvimos que esperar. La piscina nada significativo y en cuanto a los beneficios que me dieron no los pude usar porque cuando los iba a canjear en el bar de la piscina me dijeron que no era allí que tenía que ser en el otro bar.

The apartment wasn’t not very clean nor never well up kept. The rugs are all stained and full of hair , the microwave and over where all dirty. Tub was all dirty , shower curtain all torn up. Very conguisted anywhere you went and parking was a nightmare , between very limited park in proximity the one that were available were so tight and uncomfortable to get in and out.

Our stay was marred by significant service and communication issues. Despite requesting and being assured an early 12:30 PM check-in 48 hours in advance, upon arrival, no note was found, and the room wasn't ready. We were again promised 12:30 PM, but after returning later, the room was still unavailable, forcing us to wait in our car with a sleeping child. The lack of follow-through and lost vacation time was incredibly frustrating. The guests would have paid for an early check-in, but poor communication negated that possibility. Even with a pre-paid upgrade to a premium suite and firework view, the lack of attention to the guests' needs was evident. Furthermore, no daily room cleaning or towel replacement was offered during the stay, adding to the overall disappointment

Perfect Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at LBV. First, the resort seriously needs renovation. From furniture, to TV, and caulking on the bathrooms all needs update. But where it mattered the most, LBV exceed our expectations. Top three must for us are 1) Cleanliness, 2) HVAC/water temp, & 3) Bedding. This is where this place truly shines. With Orlando's hot hot temp, our room stayed nice and cool throughout our trip. Water was plenty warm/hot when multiple showers were needed! and beds were super comfy. Icing on the cake is the pirates plunge pool (which my 5 year old loved and couldnt get enough of). The bar at the pool served good drinks and having pizza hut express on premise was super handy. Overall we will be coming back to this property for the all comfortable amenities and centralized location.
