When you enter the property you are greater with a sweet flower smell, check in is easy and staff is super nice. Rooms are good, poor lighting and beds are a little hard. Shuttle service to and from Disney is easy and times are accurate. Our stay was at the same time of a big conference, this made it difficult to get to the bar for a drink at night since the group of 200 or so were all in the lobby and you felt out of place. Pool had plenty of seating, food and service was excellent, the pool needed some attending (leaves everywhere). We would stay her again, but I would make sure there was no large conference going on

Great property. The only thing that would have made it better for a family, would’ve been to have a vanity and mirror outside of the shower/toilet area. The conveniences and fast food open late were great for returning from the park.

While the property itself is well maintained and very modern the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, we told the staff that we were going to check in and that we would self park. We were told to go self park and carry our luggage to check in. We had to ask for a luggage cart. Upon checking in, I was instructed to insert my credit card without discussing the charges since the price shown was much higher that anticipated. When I asked for what the charges were, I was met with a rude remark regarding the security deposit. I was happy to pay it, but I wanted to know much was going on my card and for what charges. Finally when we were attempting to get our luggage cart up to our room, there were multiple parties in front of us who had been waiting a while. They decided to take up their own luggage. When no one continued to show up we did the same. We were stopped as we were entering the elevator and scalded by staff. The hotel is nice and I hope this was not a common event but I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

The rooms at the Signia Hilton are spacious and well appointed. The mini market/ Starbucks in the lobby is well stocked with all kinds of snacks, treats and take away meals. The lazy river pool was totally relaxing and the water slide was fun!

This hotel is over rated. I felt insulted with all the extra charges they're having on guests. Daily resot fee of $ 100. Self parking fee of $ 38.00 daily per car and to make everything more expensive. There's no microwave available in any of the grab to go food areas and if you need one in your room There's a charge of $ 35.00. Very shocking to hear this after you are paying a decent nightly rate. I honestly felt robbed this weekend. Don't see myself at this property again.

This property looks like it had done some renovations and it shows. I like the lobby with bar how open it is and it resembles Hilton in tulum, Mexico. We only stayed one night here since it was last minute flight change due to weather but we are willing to comeback and spend more nights in this property.

I'll start by saying I know Florida has cockroaches, and even the cleanest hotels can’t keep out all bugs. HOWEVER, the snarky and dismissive attitude from the front desk and customer service suggests this is a very common issue at this hotel. We stayed one night, and in the morning, I found a German cockroach in the bathroom. I killed it and informed the front desk before leaving. Their response? "How many were there?" When I said just one, they replied, "Oh, they won’t do anything about that if it’s just one." I was shocked and asked for management to contact me—they never did. After four days, I reached out through Expedia, only to receive more dismissive comments, including, "Here in Florida, we have all sorts of interesting creatures that wander in from the nature preserve we border." That would make sense if I were on the ground floor, but I was on a high floor with sealed windows—this cockroach didn’t wander in; it came from inside the hotel. What I wanted was a simple, "Sorry, we’ll have an exterminator check it out." Instead, they ignored my requests for follow-up. TL;DR: If you find one roach, expect zero concern. If you find more, maybe they’ll care, but my guess is they have a lot worse things to worry about at this hotel than cockroaches.
