The first thing to note is that this property is not a resort but a motel. My check-in experience was disappointing, and it appeared that the staff favored Spanish-speaking guests. Despite seeing that I was traveling with a small child, a stroller, and a booster seat, the front desk still assigned me to a second-floor room even though there is no elevator, which was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. The room itself was not clean, there was hair in the bathtub and roaches present. Additionally, I experienced a skin reaction during my stay; I am unsure whether it was caused by bed bugs or hives, but I do have photos documenting this. While the location is decent and the children’s play area was a positive feature, I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this property.

Pool was not heated as advertised. They charge resort fees for no reason because we spent our days in disney on most days, our room wasn't cleaned not once and no trash was even pucked up. Very Much Motel Vibes !

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful — especially for families with young kids! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that kids are a priority here. The huge play area is a standout feature: spacious, well‑designed, and perfect for all ages. Little ones could run, climb, and explore for hours, while older kids enjoyed the variety of activities and open space. Each morning, the continental breakfast was both convenient and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy picky eaters and parents alike. The real delight was the Disney character appearances — surprise visits that brought so much joy and excitement to the kids’ breakfast routine. Another huge plus: the entire property is 100% smoke‑free, which made our stay feel clean, fresh, and safe for the whole family. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and thoughtful kid‑centric touches throughout make this hotel a top pick for families. We’d happily return!

Is not a resort and the only good things that they have is Mickey and Minnie for breakfast, and the employees were nice and helpful. The water in the pool was cold, the bedroom needs a renovation, the bathroom had a “pink mold” around floors and doors

Magic Moments Resort & Kids Club is NOT a resort, its a motel. Breakfast was horrible, nothing as shown in the images. The only popular item was the waffle maker, they control your portions which aren't enough to feed a toddler and menu options didn't make sense. The room had a vanity with no chair, no electrical outlets available and warm water was an issue. Wifi never connected and we had a hard time sleeping since the beds were very squeaky.

I feel compelled to share this review so others don’t end up with the experience we had. Although the property calls itself a “resort,” the rooms are essentially motel rooms. They do have a separate building for the lobby, a dining area, and a small toddler play area with artificial grass — but the quality stops there. The rooms were the biggest disappointment. When we first saw the motel-style buildings, we were shocked. After checking in, the rooms looked nothing like the photos online. They were cramped, difficult to move around in, and very poorly designed. The bed was okay, but the rest of the room was extremely inconvenient. The bathroom tub was hard to operate and took time to get the shower running. Water clogged in the tub every time. There was no proper place to hang clothes — just a holder placed directly above the toilet, which is completely impractical. No bedside lamp, and the only standing lamp had a button so low that you have to sit on the couch and lean down carefully just to turn it on and off. Only one usable power outlet in the entire room. We had to unplug the fridge just to charge a laptop. Shuttle service is misleading. They advertise shuttle service to Disney and Universal, but it’s actually a shared shuttle with multiple hotels. There is only one morning departure (8:30 AM) and one return time (4:30 PM). That return time is unrealistic for anyone visiting the parks from out of state.
