Enchanting Escape at Windsor Hills w Private Pool

This NEWLY renovated and beautifully decorated home-away-from-home is perfectly located 5 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Relax in your private heated plunge pool and make yourself at home in this enchanting escape. With hardwood floors throughout the entire townhouse and a modern flare, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that sleeps up to a family of 6 will feel like an oasis!

With just a quick walk to your resort's water park and Clubhouse, you will find endless entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. Here, you will find a large pool, jacuzzi, water slides, arcade, fitness center, basketball & volleyball courts, kid's playground and much more. There are a wide variety of delicious restaurants to try out nearby.

Out of courtesy during your stay, we will provide 5 K-Cup pods for the brand-new Keurig dispenser. You will also be provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one small soap in each bathroom and one starter pack of detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Anything over this is the guest’s responsibility. We do not include paper towel or sponges. We are also unable to provide spices or cooking oils due to food and safety regulations. The Marketplace Grill on site has laundry detergent for purchase as well as dishwasher pods and dish soap as well as a few other household items. There is a grocery/shopping center conveniently located just minutes away (driving).

Windsor Hills is a wonderful community that is rated one of Orlando’s best gated resort communities due to its world class amenities. With everything at your fingertips and being the closest resort community to the World Drive entrance of Disney, why stay anywhere else?

Instructions will be sent 3 days before arrival. Failure to finish payment will result in not being able to check-in.

Check-in is 4pm EST and check-out is 10am EST. Keep in mind early check-in or late check-out cannot always be arranged due to prior or arriving guests as well as routine cleaning.

There is a pool on premise and using it is done at your own risk !

We liked the unit floor plan. Master bedroom upstairs. Long stairs to climb was not a problem for us. The furniture was average. The bar stools at the kitchen counter were awkward and the kitchen table and chair set wasn’t great. The beds were not the most comfortable. You get the bare minimum for toiletries. It looks like a full time rental that needs a little updating. Communication and check-in process was excellent. The people we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay.

Nice stay!

Paul's place is a very cute condo with a comfortable, homey setting. It's a nice place to unwind and is very roomy. It's been mostly updated recently and has a cute little private pool.

Fantastic property

This was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve had. Clean, easy check-in, comfortable, spacious, well located. We stayed here with our 8 year old daughter and all of us absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.

Family Friendly Home and Area

Condo worked out great for my family. Loved the large rooms and separate bathrooms. The home was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for going to the parks. I enjoyed the pool at the house and the public pool. It was also nice having Walmart and Starbucks right down the road. The area was family friendly and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

From the minute we entered the home we knew we found a special place! It was so clean, bright & all new appliances. We had such a great stay here! The communication was amazing! We stayed at this property Feb 18- 24. We had a great stay here and I would highly recommend it. It was very clean which is super important to me. We liked the fact that it was a gated community. The whole area is lovely. We would definitely stay again. Paul is a great host.

Paul was great to deal with and very easy to reach for communication. 11/10 great place. Also this property has a grassy park in the back yard which is a bonus. If we come back to Florida I’ll be reaching out to Paul again.

Best Disney experience ever.

This condo was the perfect spot for our Disney trip. There’s nothing better after a long hot day at the parks than only having a 5-10 minute drive back to your own splash pool or a short walk to the clubhouse for the water slides. Check in process was extremely easy and the owners responded to every question within minutes. Thank you for having us. We can’t wait to come back.
