Galleria Palms Hotel
Room was clean. Hotel could definitely use some upgrading. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was just okay. Pool was clean. Lots of free parking. Coffee machine was broken for the 3 days we were there however coffee pods for the room was available. Overall rating would be a three star hotel.

Hallways seem to had poop on the ground wasn’t sure if they have bats or rodents. TV in living missing remote back I wasn’t able to watch TV. Shower in master suite room kept clogging up wasn’t properly draining. Everything else was good bar service excellent food in the cafe good.
