At our 1:30 am arrival they told us Travelocity never sent over the reservation and even with a confirmation number from travelocity, they said the hotel was full and to work it out by phone with travelocity. After an hour, Travelocity found us a room up the road 4 miles at Red roof inn. They refunded the difference between the two rooms. This was an early morning nightmare and I feel travelocity should refund our entire 1 night stay.

We stayed here because my grandsons had some oral surgery 25 minutes away. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They were kind to us under these extenuating circumstances. Very appreciated.

The property was not optimal for cleanliness. The complimentary lemon water they had smelled and tasted horrible. You can see many cups left everywhere. My room had chip crumbs and stains on the wall. The trash can by the second floor elevator emitted a strong odor of feces. The front door staff were nice and friendly.
