Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
There were a lot of little things that could have been better regarding the room. Each room had fans, but all of them make noise and needed to be rebalanced. The fridge was very noizy. There was a hole in the wall in the hallway. It took a long time for clothing to dry in the drier. There were overall cleanliness issue. We found dirty feet marks in the tub, food stains on the kitchen counter, trash can had food at the bottom and dried fruit drink on the sides which made the trash bag stick. The bed was also rock hard on one side and the box spring squeaked a lot which made it difficult to “do” stuff incognito. Staff response time was hit or miss. We were also placed in building “F” which is the farthest away from everything and there were not direct walking paths from our building to either of the pools. Gym was small and cramped, no dumbbells. We also got a bad check-in person, they didn’t go into details about amenities, ask for input to personalize our stay or explain when our rooms would be turned\cleaned etc. Main pool was nice, food was good and exceeded our expectations.
