Comfortable and Clean

We landed in Orlando in a flight that took longer than we expected and book this hotel room to rest before heading back home. We were very surprised about the comfort and cleanliness of the room. After year of staying in different places this one was very amazing. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay to enjoy the facility because we had to drive home. Next time that we went to Florida we are planning to come back to enjoy this hotel.

When we got to our room, there was a large pile of dirty towels and laundry bags outside of our door. I called the front desk and they sent someone to come get them. The person just put the dirty stuff by the laundry door on the ground just down from our room and left behind Q-tips and toilet paper and trash that was mixed in with it for a couple days. We pulled dishes out to eat on and they were dirty. Both showers were not very clean. The overall condition in the unit was OK but definitely not clean. I definitely thought for the price. It would be a lot cleaner. It is the small things that matter. The body wash dispenser didn’t work in one of the showers. When room service came by the one time in the three days we were there. They only offered towels and to take out our trash, but seemed like they had an attitude. my original total was $840, they charged me over $1300. The woman at the front desk said that I would receive a refund back to the $840 but we’ll see. Not an ideal experience.

I can positively state that the “villa” was exceptionally clean and well suited inside. The check-in process and curt representatives left much to be desired. The room was not ready until after 8pm and unfortunately I did not get the privilege of full enjoyment. As a frequent traveler, and a travel agent. This caught me by surprise. I was less than impressed and will not be returning

Little bit noisy when the Disney parks have their fireworks show. Other than that, perfect location the villas are spacious and well equipped.

Great stay

It is a great place, well located, a lot of space, clean and very comfortable. The only opportunity is the internet signal/ speed. This was really terrible.
