The hotel is very clean. We saw staff cleaning throughout. The staff are very friendly with everyone greeting us cordially even the housekeeping staff and maintenance staff. The breakfast was good with something new added each day. Centrally located with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We would recommend.

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly. I asked about upgrading my room and was rudely told NO, I asked if we could get additional pillows was told they do not have additional pillows to give out. The free breakfast was only flat eggs, toast and bagels. Upon arrival to get into my room I had an issue with the door not opening and I asked the housekeeper on the floor if she could help and she immediately said no English which was a lie ( I found out later). I was very unhappy with my stay at this property and will never stay there again. My room had a smell to it, I found dog food on the floor and ants were all over the room.
