My stay was terrible even checked out a day earlier my first room was disgusting stains on sheet bathroom disgusting had to go back to reception to change room second was there there but still terrible very dusty dirty just terrible

Upon checking in I went upstairs to my Jr Suite and the room smelled like piss and poop. I thought maybe because it was stuffy so I dropped the temperature on the AC and left. When I came back it still smelled the same. I went downstairs to made them aware they said they were sending the cleaning crew. A lady came (which later I found out was the cleaning crew supervisor) to spray air freshener in the room. I told her that wasn’t going to help the situation She then stated she would send the cleaning crew. They arrived and the first problem was communication because neither of them spoke English so we tried to communicate as best as possible through Google translate They eventually asked me to hat was it did I want them to clean Me as confused as ever said I’d not know where the smell is coming from. They eventually left with only spraying air freshener in the AC Next management arrived at my door basically accusing me of refunding to allow them to spray Air freshener which wasn’t true I explained exactly what occurred. He then left and arrived back with the supervisor so she can spray air freshener He wasn’t satisfied with the way she sprayed so he sprayed Offered me vouchers for breakfast which I never received and left. After he left and I settled my 2 kids down for the night I went to take a shower only to find out that the shower doesn’t work at this point I was livid and exhausted I took a wash off and went to bed. Horrible experience!!!

I was assigned a room where guests had not checked out. Found this out as I opened door and personal items scattered in room with bed not made. I returned to desk and waited in line again for about 20 min. Total about 40 minute to check in! Several customers had check-in problems causing delay. Agents going from one counter to next. I,ve have much much better check in experience. Especially when pre-booked. The young female agent that did assist at my 2nd trip to counter did offer a sincere apology and got me back on track. Wish I got her name. She was working left counter at 4pm on 14 july.

Three heated swimming pools, hot tub, a water park with water slides, game room, on site restaurants (didn’t use) on-site laundry. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Really enjoyed our stay and even extended our stay bye one night. Great for family with kids. Wouldnt even need to leave the Hotel to have a blast at the pools. Right down road from Universal Studio's Park also.
