I"ve stayed at this properties multi times. FAIA holds our convention here as well. I know the property and the staff pride themself for excellent service. If the rates were lower , I would be there more offen just for a weekend get away, but it is not very affordable.

I had a wonderful stay at Risen Shingle Resort. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the checkout process. Despite checkout being at 11 AM, I was woken up at 8:30 AM by housekeeping who seemed eager to begin cleaning the room. Additionally, I received a knock at the door at 10:15 AM with an inquiry about the room being ready for cleaning, which made me feel rushed and a bit inconvenienced. I understand the need for housekeeping to prepare for new guests, but it felt like I was being pushed out earlier than necessary. While I truly enjoyed my time at the resort and found everything else wonderful, I feel the checkout timing could be handled more thoughtfully to avoid putting guests in such an uncomfortable position. A little more flexibility would make a big difference!

Exquisite Orlando Stay

It was amazing and great to have a shuttle to Universal. The Starbucks, Marker, hot tub, and restaurants were extremely great. We would like to go again and recommend it to our family.

The location was very a ommodating for my business trip to oralndo Easy to get in easy to get out Check in was brilliant efficient accomodating to my reques t....the the sercice was awful....had to quarrel out a vaket parking person as i was supposed no to ve parking where i was ....i said i have to receive this omportant call and o can drive with phone open....he co tiuned to. Insist rudely now that i had to move at least three time o said i mist finish the call...not that i was phtting in danger anyones existence by pking momentarily ...UNTIL I GOT FED UP WITH THE RIDENESS AND YELLED BAKC AT HIM BADLY ...i reported the incident in my way back .... Then thepepsi machine ...needed one did bot work no one hleped ... The where to have breackfast ...it seemed as i was making a favor to the prson who almost sleepy said go to the buffet lower lobby ....in all except for the ck in ...all bad
