Room was OK. Rm 521- I fixed the toilet handle so it stopped running. Awkward reach for the grab handle in the shower. Breakfast was out of coffee, then eggs and had no other breakfast meat other than pork. Not everyone eats pork. Nothing to write home about. Location was great, parking was good.

There is a free shuttle to bring you from the airport. Check in went well. Room was clean and in good condition. Mattress was comfortable. Free breakfast was average. Check out easy. I was staying the night before a cruise. I would stay again.

Long wait to check in. Then even though I had booked giving all of my details: address, email, name, phone, then gave them my license, I then had to write it all on a piece of paper! Why?! There was only one person checking people in and I had to wait quite a while for my turn. Phone plugs on both sides of the bed were damaged and didn’t work. Thankfully, I had brought my own wall plug or I wouldn’t have been able to charge my phone. Towels on the bottom shelf inches from the floor and toilet doesn’t seem to be very hygienic! Overall, room seemed a bit worn and dingy but not awful.

The shuttle from the airport took over 2 1/2 hours after we had prearranged for pick up. We were told it would take 15 to 30 minutes. They were not empathetic about it. the staff at the hotel was friendly and efficient. Check in was quick and easy. Our stay was comfortable. The beds are quite firm. We needed a room the day before our cruise and for the day we returned because we wanted to stay in the area an extra day, but after our stay we chose another hotel for our last overnight stay.
