Beds uncomfortable. Noise from the highway made it very hard to sleep. Pics don't represent the actual property. Didn't state its a motel when it said resort. You can hear every little noise.

Rooms are nice. Very clean. Pool area is very nice, kind of a resort feel. Hot tub was always busy so we didn’t use it. Bar pool side is very convenient.

The property is very close to a lot of stores and restaurants, and shopping stores. The hotel shuttle to the theme parks was never on time and had to Lyft/Uber at all times. The hotel charges you a resort fee that was supposedly included with the reservation, plus a room deposit fee that is issued within a week after checking out.

The check-in process was quite slow and could be better organized. The room was clean, but it felt very old and outdated. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a noticeable musty smell, as if the room hadn’t been used for a long time. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again
