The room was clean and comfy with a great view. The amenities were great and we took advantage of several. Trivia and karaoke by the pool were a ton of fun. We will definitely be back for the golf at some point.

Very dated hotel, everything is old. Rooms smell like mold and cleaning products. They say they have room service, but don't mention that you can't order breakfast. Cleaning doesn't happen every day and sometimes they're late.

On arrival disappointed that we were given a ground floor apartment at the children’s playground area, was very noisy from early morning. Also charged for car parking which I don’t remember being mentioned on their site, $25 a night seems a bit much. Towels and room tidied on day 3 maybe 2 sets of towels could be left in apartment if they won’t change daily

The rooms were old and outdated. The shower was moldy in certain spots. The pool area is very very nice. Cleaning staff, not so nice, but I can live with that. They don’t clean rooms every day, which is not cool.

In overall the property and stay was excellent. The only concern was that a jacket was inadvertently left in the closet of one of the room and right after we did the checkout we informed and take a look and it was quickly disappeared. A lost and found claim was issued and as of today (2 months since we stayed at the property) no response or action have taken. Definitely it was something that occurred while the checkout/cleaning process of the room and no action/response has been taken.

The room was mostly clean, aside from a sticky spot on the carpet of my room. Pool was super clean as well. Some staff were nice, whereas some didn’t seem to be very professional. I lost a sweatshirt at the hotel as I left it in my room after checkout, which was thankfully found. The security staff is very nice, and they helped me retrieve my item. However, when my girlfriend went to pick it up for me there was a disconnect on where it was. The front desk staff told her that it wasn’t at the desk as directed by security to go it to it for pickup, and seemed overall bothered that someone came back to get something. They insisted on trying to ship it, and repeatedly said there’s nothing we can do as it isn’t at the desk. When they were told to call security, my girlfriend heard them say we’ll bring it up, but the desk staff didn’t even tell her that, and said you can leave it isn’t here. They also essentially said she was an inconvenience in Spanish. This is disturbing considering no one was in the lobby at the time of her waiting for the sweatshirt anyway. More concerning is getting a call at like 7AM after I checked in at almost midnight, much earlier than I wanted to wake up, about how apparently I booked for 14 nights instead of the 4 or 5 I did. The concierge said it was an error eventually after I double asked her how she observed this error and called me by my NAME as if she was reading this incorrect posting. I went to the front desk later to confirm this was wrong.

This was a gorgeous property to stay at, the grounds were well kept, 3 pools to enjoy with multiple hot tubs. Told my kids I could retire and live there!

My door was not secured. I woke up the following morning looking like my door wasn’t fully closed but it was. I went to the front desk to show them videos and they switched my room immediately. The room I was switched to was better security wise. They warned me there maybe noise from the pool and music from the courtyard. So I kind of prepared myself mentally from being moved from a quiet unsecured room to a secured but noisy room. What I wasn’t prepared for was someone standing right outside my door at 8 a.m. dialing numbers and talking while on speaker phone. The resort was nice but the hassle and my experience makes me not want to stay here again.
