I think for such a giant resort there should be vending machines or food available “after hours”. It’s not walkable either so if you want a soda or snacks you have to get DoorDash since there’s nothing on site or uber somewhere. Room cleaning for 4 nights happened once and it was below average. Pools were great. I have to shout out the gentleman who checked us in who was wonderful. He got us in early and a great location for the room too. Nice guy.

Stay overall was so amazing. The only complaint I have is that I was denied my sheets being change when I requested them to be changed. I called and asked if u was possible and the front desk told me that I’d have to wait another night. I unfortunately started my menstrual cycle during the night and then had to sleep in it again. Very upsetting :(

The staff was fine whenever they spoke , wish I would have known that there was construction on the property I probably would’ve looked for another place because was placed in a room next to the construction , coffee maker was not operable, the pool with the bar was closed for my whole stay so didn’t enjoy that. They prey on you trying to buy a time share and use up atleast half of your day. I just found out that they charge you 25 a night for parking which to being such a big beautiful place they shouldn’t have to charge their guest for parking that is so disappointing.

The grounds are beautiful and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was fair but it was what it was. Be warned, the property's maintenance, staff and delivery carts are EVERYWHERE! they are driving everywhere and are parked everywhere, a bit challenging. Would I stay here again, NO! there is a $25 per night parking fee! I think is outrageous. Our stay was 10-days and after taxes, for parking the parking tab was OVER $260. Find a resort that doesn't have this ridicules hidden fee. The Orlando area has plenty to choose from.

Beautiful grounds but the marketing people attack you at the entrance with the timeshare tours, I was waiting for someone to at least take out the trash not even the full room service when I saw a maid in the hallway and asked to take out the trash, she ran away saying: " I do not accept!"... called the front desk, they said that's correct, maids don't take out the trash in a timeshare resort, we needed to haul it ourselves to some other floor. The pools are cold as they seem to be saving money on heating... What a shame for such a beautiful resort to be in bad hands.
